A year after Les Paul's death, Jeff Beck saluted the guitar pioneer by staging a rousing tribute show to the great man at Paul’s regular stomping ground, the Iridium Jazz Club.

The entire discography can be bought as an LP box set (the first of its kind), individual albums as iTunes LPs or even individual songs. Our digital media team were proud to play a part in this historic project in creating and delivering all the iTunes LPs.

Sonna Showcase

Singer Songwriter Sonna Rele appeared with her band at a media showcase for her record label Sony RCA. Also in attendance were Asian media and musician friends Raghav, DJ Rekha, Jags Klimax and Sunny and Shay from The Family. Sonna led the audience into the master control room at Metropolis Studios - recently used by Rihanna and Akon - to preview tracks from her forthcoming album before taking to the stage with her band. Audiences were also treated to some intimate acoustic performances on guitar and grand piano, as well as some revealing interviewing from Sunny and Shay. Sonna said "It was exciting to play my new record to so many people. I can't wait to come play it live for you all."

First single 'Love Me Like You Love Yourself' will be out in September with her debut album, produced by Livingstone Brown, set to follow soon after.

The Black Eyed Peas have returned to Number 1 in the UK Official Singles Charts with 'I Gotta Feeling', a song recorded in Metropolis Studio A. Little Boots 'Remedy', mixed by Rob Orton in Studio E, enters the top 10.

In the album charts, Stone Roses remastered debut album has entered at #5, with Black Eyed Peas at #3, Paolo Nutini remaining at #4 and Florence & The Machine at #6.
